Alessio Putzu Photography

I am Alessio Putzu, a landscape photographer with a deep passion for seascapes and astronomy. In the early years of my journey, I explored various techniques, but long exposure captured my imagination and became my primary method of shooting.

As an ambassador for NiSi, I collaborate closely with the brand, contributing ideas based on my field experience.

In 2014, I moved to the UK, (currently staying between the UK and Italy) where I’ve spent much of my time photographing the stunning coastlines of this incredible land. My photography begins long before the shutter clicks, with careful planning around weather, tides, and composition. These elements form the foundation of my images.

My motto? “Follow the clouds,” as they add depth and dimension to each scene, complementing the sea and sky, which are central to my artistic vision.

Since 2021, I’ve been part of Viaggi Fotografici’s Photographers, leading workshops across breathtaking destinations such as Iceland, the UK, Italy, France, Croatia, Norway, and Portugal. These experiences allow me to share my passion and techniques with fellow photographers, guiding them to capture the unique beauty each location offers.

From early 2021, I’ve become the Marketing and Sales director for NiSi UK, bringing my expertise and knowledge for all NiSi products to a wider audience, building a major brand awareness in the United Kingdom and recommending the most suitable NiSi products accordingly to a photographer’s needs, a company for photographers run by other photographers.
